The Eighth Meeting authorized the disbursement of the fourth tranche of the ACF financial credit to Belarus in the amount of US$ 440 million. The ACF Council also approved the report on the utilization by the Republic of Tajikistan of the ACF financial credit and endorsed the concept of the investment project "Reconstruction of the Bishkek-Osh highway".
The Seventh Meeting authorized the disbursement of the third tranche of the ACF financial credit to Belarus in the amount of US$ 440 million, and reviewed the implementation of the ACF ‘s financial credit to Tajikistan.
At its Sixth meeting the ACF Council has approved the disbursement of the second tranche of the financial credit to Belarus in the amount US$440 million upon meeting the two remaining conditions of this tranche. The Council also decided that the Letter of Intent, including the Matrix of Reforms of the ACF financial credit should be revised.
At its Fifth meeting the ACF Council approved financial credit to Belarus from the ACF funds in the amount of US$3 billion and disbursement of the first tranche of the above mentioned credit in the amount of US$ 800 million.
At its Fourth meeting the Council also approved the first ACF operation - financial credit in the amount of US$70 million to Tajikistan.

The ACF funds are managed by the ACF Council and the ACF funds’ Manager (EDB) on the basis of the Statute of the EurAsEC Anti-crisis Fund, which forms the essential part of the Treaty establishing the Fund.
Under the Treaty that established the ACF, Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) signed the Agreement on the Management of Fund Resources with six countries, which assigned to the EDB the role of ACF Resources' Manager.
The Anti-crisis Fund of the Eurasian Economic Community (ACF) in the amount of US$8.513 billion was established on June 9, 2009 when the Heads of Governments of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Russia and Tajikistan signed the Treaty establishing the EurAsEC Anti-Crisis Fund
